Bishop Young Academy are proud to announce our students have once again achieved exceptional results whilst overcoming incredible adversity and challenges from the impact of COVID-19. Year 10 Mock Exam Timetable – April 2023
The Year 10 students will be sitting their mock exams towards the end of April, when we return to school after the Easter holidays.
Once we have put together the mock exam timetable, this will be sent to parents and individual timetables will be handed out to the Year 10 students.
Year 11 Examinations - May/June 2023
As soon as the BYA Year 11 exam timetable is available, we will send it out to all parents and will distribute individual timetables to all Year 11 students.

Exam Contingency Day 2022
Please note that the date that has been set aside as the contingency day is Thursday 8th June, Thursday 15th June 2023 (Afternoon only) and Wednesday 28th June 2023 (All day). This means that all exam candidates must be available to sit exams from the start of the exams in May until Wednesday 28th June 2023. This decision is not a school decision and it applies to all candidates in all schools throughout the country.
Please can all parents/carers make a note of the contingency date and avoid booking any holidays before this date.
